checklist engine rebuilding

will shortly be starting a ground up engine build.new transmission with 5gear upgrade,rephase,mikes 750 kit etc for which already have the parts.was wondering if any of the engine builders (punkskalar etc) have a comprehensive check list they use(eg. gaskets,engine seals etc etc) to make sure they have all the bits before starting.nothing worse than forgeting something.... thanks
