Ok. I fitted it all as tight as I could. Still not good enough imo. Will try and get a better clamp and need to deal with right side frame mount. Here’s a vid of it running. I really like the sound!!!! 20 min test ride was great. One very minor back fire near the end. Probably leaks a bit. Not surprised.

What do you think in general of the engine sound? I think the right side seems a bit pingy sounding???

Pipes are already starting to blue up. Right has about 1” colour, left less than an inch... hitter on the right??

Sounds like the carbs are a tad out of sync, right side pulling a bit more than the left.

I'd want to use a mechanics stethoscope, probe around to try to find that whining sound...

D'oh... I just posted an update to a diff thread... anyways... I pulled carbs and adjusted right butterfly (closed it a bit so it was the same as left).... ran terrible after that, so I adjusted it back... going to re-check valves and cam chain adjuster this weekend as well and try to find me a stethoscope..
