Nice back road ride to Road America today. Met one brother and we toured the pits at the start/finish line. These two cars are father and son. Brian lived across the street from me growing up. We are the same age, we rode endures all over town and county as kids.

Brad has been building his own and customer oval track chassis for 28 years. 5 years ago he switched to Road racing. He currently races a version of his oval track chassis in SCCA GT1 running Nascar style solid axle, 15 inch rims and Ford or Chevy small blocks. The Chevelle sits on an older 70s or 80s Nascar chassis. 800+ horsepower in that V8. He built this car to run Historic/Vintage events. Documented the build from finding an old chevelle well rusted to rolling off the trailer for the first race, on his Facebook page. His wife, a FedEx driver campaigns a MAZDA Miata in spec class and VVintage.All in all good excursion.
