Kick only question

So I plan on ordering a new ignition system here in the next few days but was wondering what you guys thought about my setup first.

I would like to run my bike just kick with a capacitor. I dont want a battery.

With that being said, what would you guys recommend using for my setup? Ignition and charging.

What year is your bike? Regardless go with a Pamco for ignition, if you are dead set on no battery, get a Hugh's Handbuilt PMA.

If you have 79 or below, get a Pamco without an advance rod in the kit, won't need it.

You'll need a kit with an advance rod, but you do have choices.

I put up that link to show you the full spectrum but I would encourage you to buy from Pamco Pete directly. Contact him, he recently started selling a kit with the bushings built into the advance and you can use the stock coil. Save ya some coin.

Should I get the high output or not?

That's the one I bought and I liked it, but I eventually ended up buying an E-advancer.

What does the e-advancer do?

If you look at link you put up, look at bottom left corner in the pic. That is a spring and weight system known as a mechanical advance. The e-advancer eliminates the need for any of that.
