Looking for someone in PA to rebuild my engine

Hi id really like to try and find someone in my area that can do a rebuild for me. well I have a 75 650 engine that id like to have a 750 long rod kit and also rephrased. if any of you know of anyone that has done this in the south east pa area let me know.
