It looks like they replaced the shocks with either sportster or dyna shocks and the fenders were remounted closer to the tire. Maybe lowered the front fork springs also.

Forks look like they are sitting lower and have less travel.

Cool, that's what I was thinking. Wasn't sure if it was an illusion with the fat rear tire, though.

Mine looks lower in the rear, but the front is a little higher. I like to have some travel in the front though.
