Need Suggestions on how much Stretch

Hello, I am going to be buying a weld on hard tail kit for my XS ... The online company asks how much stretch I would like ... Having no physical reference to go by and only having seen pictures I don't know how much I should order ... I am 5'7", I like to be a little stretched out when I ride, but not feel like I am having to reach for the handlebars. I don't plan on using drag bars and not apes ... Can anyone help give me a suggestion? I don't want to spend that kind of money and then hate the way it feels.

I think a lot of it comes down to personal preference. Im 5' 9" and absolutely love a 3" stretched xs with mid controls.
