Hi all,
I am new to the forum and the xs650 but not new to motorcycles. I rode a Triumph 500 twin all through high school and spent two years in L.A. after high school with a Triumph Bonneville as my only transport.
Fast forward several decades and a few Harleys and I find myself the new owner of a 1979 XS650. I have always liked the looks and thought some day I would like to have one. Now is someday...
Outside of a little hesitation coming off the bottom, it runs like a champ. All original but for the air filters.
