Question on Wheel Sizes

Hey guys, got a couple of questions on some wheels.

Does anyone know where I can find a set of 18" spoked wheels?
Are there any sort of modifications that need to be done to make them fit properly?
What size tires could I comfortably fit on these wheels?

rear drum 18s in Alloy are around, you have to roll your own front 18, the stockers are all 19" the 18" rear will bolt in place of your 16" mag nothing really wrong with a 19" spoke front, why not just leave it 19?
