Hey guys! Long time lerker, first time poster.

Excuse the dumb question, but I can’t find any other related posts on the issue. Is it possible to raise already lowered Forks?

I recently purchased an 1980 XS that somebody lowered the Forks to make a bobber, but I prefer the look of the stock length of the Forks, is it possible to revert or should I start looking for some stock Forks?

If there is a spacer then the springs were likely cut as well.
If the spacer is too long you can shorten it.

You'll have to take the forks apart to see what's been done to them. The usual way they are lowered is by installing a spacer on the damper rod. If that's the case then you can just remove it. But the springs may also have been cut, as mentioned. You'll have to measure them. Stock, they were about 19" long .....
