Maybe the gas is in that huge fake oil tank.

Regarding that last one.... you might not be able to tighten the chain anymore than it already is with the swingarm at that angle. Otherwise when the suspension compresses it might be too tight. What that bike needs is a spring chain tensioner, or two.

That gas tank is from a kit which can convert standard bicycles into mopeds. Pretty cool stuff

that tank looks like a whizzer tank,its a bicycle with a small motor on it.

It is, I didnt know what brand mine was but it was a pain in the arse, until I got the kinks worked out and then it was quite the head-turner around campus.
