TCI how do i replace it?

I don't think the guy i bought it from wired it that way.He bought it from some other guy and actually rode it for awhile, but started having problems. He was trying to fix the board himself and just bought a new one from ebay then decided he didn't feel like messing with it anymore. I actually left the old tci hanging there. it's junk anyway i didn't think it would hurt

Maverick, you're right, if it's totally junk then no big deal about the TCI.. the real problem is the mess of wires all cobbled together. You could trace them all down or buy a replacement harness from mikes, or wire it from scratch.

I also strongly suggest a new wiring harness is in order. It will be worth it in the long run.
Rumor has it that Mile sold MikesXS a few weeks ago. I also hear the new people are in the middle of a move into a new location so it may delay shipment. You might email them to confirm.
I bought a harness from him a month ago for my 82 Heritage and it appears to be good quality. Part #24-6583 @ $86.90. Shipping is free if you spend $150.

If you can't wait eBay sellers have them for various prices. This seems to be the best price at $99.99 + $5.95 expedited shipping. He says he has two but also said it is a "Special Order Item"so I would check with him first. (I wonder if he gets them from Mike:))
