All the better places down here do that..sauces you add to your taste but not already smothered on there when you get it...I sense a Meat War comin' on....
As for myself, I do like the red spicy sauces, but I get it "on the side", so I can have some of the smoked meat bare-naked.

Wrong...Hushpuppies main ingredient is corn...deep fried..comes in many shapes and sizes ..thetrs no set rules..each place does it their own way...ground up potatoes rolled into a ball and deep fried. first cousin to french fries. half brother to hash browns
