I don't know for wheels but the tank looks like a Sporster gas tank.

I may be wrong but it looks like someone laced the front hoop to the rear hub and vice versa ???

Stock 16" rear wheel, and looks like a 16" (probably the same rear xs rim)rim laced to the front, which would mean custom spokes-get them from Buchanan's. The front appears to be an xs hub because its an xs disc.
