Is the ignition of the XS650 BATCH FIRE ?

If not,

How does one know which coil terminal goes to which plug ? I forgot to make note BEFORE I disassembled it.

Are you running points, tci, or other type of ignition?

If you have a coil with two plugs coming off, it doesn't matter which. Same with the two little wires on the other end of it.

Any single coil with dual plug wires doesn't matter. Both plug wires fire simultaneously.

In your language, yes, that coil is a batch fire.
The TCI or the Pamco use a coil that fires both plugs at the same time.
In Harley speak they call it a dual fire coil.
