Why do you love the XS/TX-650?

I truely do enjoy the XS1 but there is no way on God's green earth that I will ever attempt an all day ride on it. My all day ride on the Road King is between 400 and 600 miles. Washington, DC to SEA/TAC leave Friday arrive at airport 1 week Saturday noon to pickup the Mrs. at 1:00, there was one rest day (150 miles) mid week. That being said, 150 miles in a day is way too much for the female on the back (remember the 15 minute ride followed by the 15 minute ride. Oh yeah!).

Yup! Just never forget how it was "back in the day".

That is why it is hard to beat those things we used to love, It is damn near impossible to have something new beat a memory.
Like those great v8's of our youth. We were lucky to get 140k out of them while now they regularly crack the 2nd hundred thousand miles on a 6 cylinder!
I still have a Mopar 360 V8 from the 70's that is tired with 107k on her.
