Mags came off 75. But these are all used bikes, I don't know enough about the year difference to tell you, I can only give you spoke count and dimensions.

There's only one year in the States that had drum brake rear mags, 1981. Canada had them (again?) in '84.
Spoked rear looks early '70's, spoked front early '80's.

Front spoke looks like steel but it also appears to have the 1-piece rotor. Can’t tell on the Mag, the fork lowers are on backwards?
