Thanks Jim for the post:thumbsup: Here is a dyno run I found on youtube with my "chopper hi-pipes" My custom flanges are like my fingerprint, thats one reason I make them myself :D

 
Sweet! I had a hard time deciding between the drag pipes and the chopper high pipes. Both look and sound great. I do plan on wrapping my drag pipes with header wrap, just have not got around to it. :laugh:
 
Finished pipes for our own "BigJimmy" :D Tucked in tight around downtube for use of forward controls and keep pipe away from foot, then come around to clear the 750 BIG bore kit he is using and finally come back in tight for leg clearence. Fishmouth turnouts at ends with bracket and mount welded in place to connect pipes together and keep them strait, thanks for the order Jimmy :thumbsup:

Hi Dale, I just sand it down with a belt sander, start off with heavy grit and work your way to fine when logo is gone. I finish them off with either a scotch brite pad or buff them with compounds depending on the finish I'm after.
