24mm X 1.0 Die

Need to extend the threads on the steering stem off my 80XS going on my 72XS. Checked McMasterCarr they only have a 24mm X 1.5 die. Any body know where to get this?

Wouldn't it be easier to add a spacer?

Yea, thats what I have done, just not liking the look of that. But it also looks like I will have to live with it. No one will notice @ 60mph.

You Could swap the stem from the 72 tree into the 80 tree.
