Spokes need tubes whether the tire is tubeless or not.

that's 36 wire spokes, not 7 cast spokes, right?
Except for those candy-assed BMW wire wheels, wire wheels leak air through the spoke holes so you gotta run tubes in them.
FWIW, tubeless tires will run with tubes in them although it slightly reduces the speed rating.
Tube tires lack an airtight inner coating so tend to soften when run tubeless even if they pop onto the wheel OK
