They are FROZEN... well the arm swings fine.

Was just wanting to swap our a clutch lever.

-Cleaned and lubed cable
-Removed and cleaned worm screw/Clutch Push Screw & Housing Assembly

It was FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. Took lots of work ... and then I realized the cable adjuster screw and nut, which look like one part to me will NOT move at all. Any suggestions?

Again the worm screw moves totally fine, etc but that adjustment screw seems permanent.

The worm screw moves fine but the adjustment screw seems permanent.
I'm not sure what that means.
Do you mean the worm turns inside the housing fine, and the adjuster is stuck?
If so this happens often, some PO that thinks he is a mechanic over tightened the lock nut.
You can try removing the inner part of the worm. Clamp the arm, not the round part, you will just crush that, in a vise. Not try loosening the lock nut.

I tried the same thing. Ended up slightly crushing it but it worked back out. These things are much easier to tighten then loosen.
