Anyone in Ontario that rebuilds Gages or works on Vintage Bikes

I want to fix my Gages as there mint visually but speedo docent work correctly, wacko ,goes from
40 to 140 back and forth, changed cable, speedo drive ,no change. Can disconnect cable at wheel and hook to a drill and spin cable going into speedo
and it turns perfect, then go for a ride and wacko.Stumped !!

Wow! Not sure I am up to that task , im blind in one eye and cant see out the other LOL!
