CoastsideXS650
Princeton Motor Works
Hey there everyone. I just picked up a new donor bike for my next bobber project.
Its a 1977 xs650 that I picked up in Santa Cruz, CA for $250
It runs but it definitely runs like garbage. The right cylinder smokes and exhaust leaks a little oil. The front brake is not hooked up. No License plate. No turn signals.
It need some TLC to say the least.
Here it is next to the bobber I just finished. It has a temporary plastic yamaha tank while the metal one gets sealed and re-painted. You can see the new bike next to her chopped cousin.
Gonna make this a another bobber but a little less ratty and some more stylistic elements added.
Im thinking copper should be the dominant theme on this next build.
