Hey guys,
I'm currently cleaning the carbs and doing a seasonal tuneup on my '73 TX650.
Just wondering if anyone had some advice for things I can check or fix that aren't completely obvious while I got all of this crap off.

Post winter checks? Clean and check petcocks, filters and lines if they are hard. Oil change and filters/sumpplate cleaning.

The 6mm bolt that lives above the cam chain tensioner, carefully loosen and resnug.
Cam chain tension, set valves. both easier with carbs off. Clean and lube advance rod.

I use to check my points and timing setting once a month, along with the carb cables , as they got older they would stretch. Always want my stuff to run the best.
