cylinder head part identification

Reassembling my top end today. I can't for the life of me find the name of this part. Here is a picture, it's #41. Near bottom of photo. Disregard red arrow, stole from another thread

Does the rear cam chain tensioner guide slip into it? Stay infront of it?

??? You sure about that? Looks to me like the o-ring that seals around the sleeve over the cylinder head stud.

#36 is the crankcase vent on the back of the head.

That's an oil baffle for the breather outlets. It presses up into the bottom of the head at the rear of the cam chain tunnel .....
