e-bay seller not sending carbs!!!

So I won an auction and paid for a set of 38's, paid via paypal on the 7th, ship date was from 9/10-9/20, still not here. Sent seller 2 messages and just want my $ back. I think I will just have oldskoolcarbs here rebuild them. Just so frustrating. any ideas or help is always appreciated. I just want to RIDE THIS BEEOOTTCCHHH!

If the ship date was from 9/10-9/20 he had until today to ship them. Maybe he shipped today and they're on the way.

Paypal, you can file something, but it can't be upgraded to a claim until 20 days later. I called about something the other day, and was told. Apparently they have phone service restored to Pakistan.

I think you are jumping the gun here. Like stated before if it said sip date 10-20 then he could have shipped them out today or yesterday.

Wait a week then start to worry.
