Hi, my name is Jeremie and I have two job: bodyman and welder. I build several show car in the past and I always wanted a motorcycle. After lot of research i found out that 75% of the bike I was looking at were XS650 so I found one in MINT condition for 200$!

My plan is to do it hardtail with twin 18" spoke wheel and rebuild every parts of the motor like new! I do body, paint, powdercoat and welding so eveything will be restore.

Im still new in the motorcycle world so I will need some answer during the build for sure.
This is where I am now. I receive half of my stock for the build and the motor is at the machine shop right now for oversize so im working on the frame.
If you have opinion or advice on my build, go ahead!
Thanks

I thought hardtails were illegal in Quebec. I could be wrong though. Looks like a good start, hope you got it road legal in your name before you tore it apart though.

cheers

Drop the fork 3",powdercoat a couple parts, build both 18" wheels with custom spokes, oversize the stem to 1" to fit the handlebar and did some test fit to see what it would look like. Prety happy whith the look
