I can't find the torque specs for the top bolts on the forks, does anyone know? Thanks

8mm bolts grade 8 15-18 ft. lbs.

The ones that clamp the upper tree to the forks tubes? 5.8 to 9 ft/lbs
The big bolt that holds the upper tree down? 30.4 to 47 ft/lbs
The cap that holds the springs? The only reference I find is 900 inch/lbs, that seems a bit high. That's 75 ft/lbs. I just snug them up good. When you tighten the upper tree clamp bolts those caps won't loosen.

Yeah I am referring to the top bolts on the forks you remove to add fork oil, I think they are 20 or 22mm. I think my R5 is around 40 - 50ft/lbs, Ill go a little over that
