the springer stem is 22mm. i got the all balls tapered bearing kit but its WAY off. i cant find any info about it.

any advice?

When I did my springer I grinded and pressed out the stem and welded in my stock xs stem... fit like a glove after removing a little bit of material from bottom of neck for clearance... I used the all balls bearings, front end feels great! Good luck!

no can do. its on an old durfee girder.

im going to get a sleeve made by my fab buddy. fingers crossed.

hey itrguy, can you post a pic of your bike? i wanna see your single carb setup.

Thanks bro, I took 11.5" off that springer to make it sit how i wanted, it rides awesome no pogo unless I try haha! shes a one kick bitch and it pulls super hard! I wouldnt go back to the stock carbs after running this single vm36. I dig the girder forsure!

Good lookin bikes guys. ITRGUY, what kind of seat is that? I've been looking for one like that everywhere..

To add a springer or girder use the xs bearing kit for the races. Use the tapered bearings that fit your stem. The tapered bearings that fit the springer stem will fit the xs bearing races.
