How bad is this gear... ?

Hello everyone, a quick question for the community... What do you think if this gear from my crank assembly? Is it too far gone, or within usable condition?

I have no experience with the electric starts, but the wear marks on your gear are on the driven faces of the teeth, and don't look bad to me. I've seen much worse on auto flywheels and flexplates, that still worked fine...
