Thank you.Nice ride! And welcome
Thank you. Well the frame is 83, the motor is not. That's about it. All modification are made by professionals, I hope. I will try to ride it for a year or two. Then we will see...Welcome aboard!
Tell us a bit about the bike and your plans for it?
I am totally agree on the gold side covers. Gold is for neck and fingers. The guy a bought it from didn't know so much about it. Thanks for the 750 comment. I will look in to that...Looks nice. I like the gold accents, but the gold side covers are a bit much for my liking, but to each his own. I spy a 750 kit on there. PMA?
Thank you!Well that bike has had a lot of work done on it, looks very nice! Welcome to the forum!
The tell tale sign is the size of the cylinder fins. A stock 650 jug has smaller cooling fins that the head. The 750 kit is uniform size with the head. Thanks for the 750 comment. I will look in to that...
A Heiden Kit perhaps (given location) https://www.heidentuning.com/xs650-...ers/cylinder-big-bore-750cc-80-mm-detail.htmlLooks nice. I like the gold accents, but the gold side covers are a bit much for my liking, but to each his own. I spy a 750 kit on there. PMA?
