Identifying Coupler mate...

Yes, I'm feeling foolish.. Yes this coupler has a home but I can't figure out where it's male counterpart is. I took pictures of everything I unplugged or took apart.. Or so I thought. What am I missing!. 1979 special.

My guess is it plugs into the wires coming from the stator and brush assembly.

That would be my guess too.
3 white wires?
1 green?
1 lt blue?
1 black?
loose wire yellow?

Stator and brush assembly are plugged in as is rectifier on bottom of battery tray. Im at a loss.

There's no reason for this to be a mystery. Post the colour of the wires, and anyone can compare them to the wiring diagram..................how simple is that.

Mystery solved. It was hiding under engine. And.....I'm an idiot.
