Inner pipe inside stock exhaust?

Im wondering how i can remove the inner pipe out of my headpipe on my stock 77 exhaust. Any ideas? Comming from the head there is another pipe inside the exhaust. I want to take it out so I can put my baffle in.

I don't think it's possible. Inner and outer pipe are both welded to the collar up by the head.

you would have to split the outer pipe take out the inner and then reweld the outer pipe
it a lot of work.
