Kickstand side stand ID..

Im in kickstand hell right now 3 difrent stands and so I broke out the one thAt was on the bike Also any ideas? There all to short buy 1 1/2 to 2 inches . the rusty silver one was on the bike when I got it im guessing the high side wall tires arnt helping much either.

I think the middle stand is "correct" for 73 but a bent mount tab, suspension and tire changes can change needed length. They take well to cutting and welding in a leg extension or welding thick pads to the foot.
 
My bike is a 75b so i have no idea what the stand shoukd look like iv looked at i dont know home many parts digrams. Doesn't seem to matter the one on the left was a nos. Stand for a 75 buy the part number yes the center is off a tx. I will weld...
 
The 74-75 stand has a really long foot tang because the mufflers were so low.
 
Here's the stand history I've pieced together as best I could from parts diagrams. Yes, your middle stand is the early cast one used for the first 4 years .....

Your N.O.S. stand looks to be the correct '74-'75 unit .....

The rusty silver one that came on the bike looks like it may be a modded '76 stand .....

The '75 and older stands use shorter springs than the '76 and later stands.
