You know at one time I was running a low set of handlebars ( Superbike profile ) with a small fly screen. I was mainly going for the look with the bar end mirrors and all, and at city speeds it made no difference, but I was surprised at how much it cut wind pressure on my torso at highway speeds. That and the fact that the lower bars made you lean into the wind, it was actually pretty comfortable.

On sporty I mounted a tool bag that had similar effect...used risers after moving the blinkerlamps to the tree. I may form some plexi to compliment the effect. It's of little value for me, as I prefer two lane at 40 mph... but when the interstate in unavoidable, the bag works pretty well over 70...

The ebay cafe stuff looks cool...

This is my 77 and the windshield I will try.

I think the upright screen is the ticket.
