Leaky MC

I just put on some clubman bars I had laying around and went for a spin, other than it being worlds different from the MX bars I had, I enjoyed the change. But I noticed that now the cheapy aftermarket master cylinder is leaking a tad. It looks to be leaking at the lid on the right side. I am wondering if this is because the level of the fluid on the new clubman bars is leaning so far to the right that its leaking from the seal. OR should the seal be able to hold all fluid regardless of how its mounted. Essentially if you flipped your MC over with fluid in it would it normally leak out, or should the gasket hold all fluid regardless of angle?

In this picture the bars are straight but its still on the side kick stand, so the lean angle is even more tipped than shown
