Wanted - Looking for first xs650. any help.

Back again. Had some problems around the time I was picking up a bike and didn't get it.. was looking to find one cheap to start building in my apt. (Gonna be tough but want to get started) Mainly looking to spend 500 or under but if it's worth it I can come up with a little more. And trying to find something relatively close to me. Any leads would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks
