So I got a new lever with master cylinder and bled my brakes and they felt pretty good. However the bike got knocked over and my lever took the impact. No big deal, bend the lever back out, but know the brakes feel crappy. So we take the cap off the top of the master cylinder to check/add fluid and my friend pulls the lever and we notice when you pull the lever, fluid comes back up though one of the holes. Now I'm new to all this, so I don't know whats up with it, and my friends say something is wrong. Any help?

You probably have a bit of air in the system. What often works is parking the bike so all the lines and the master cylinder are angled so air can travel up hill to the reservoir, leave it overnight and normally you will have firm brakes in the morning. A bit of fluid pushing back out of the port is normal.
