Need new mufflers

Looking for economically sound option to replace my mufflers. Have bs34 carbs that are not jetted on my 77 xs650 wanting to use the stock headers I have now. Been looking at Mike's but can't begin to decide what Will work or how it will mount. Have no welder if tha info help any suggestions?

One of the nicest mufflers available for this bike is one called the Commando. Mike's originated it (actually Heiden Tuning did) but no longer sells that old style. They have an EMGO copy now that isn't the same, so don't buy it from them. Instead, get it here from this new 650 parts place, YamahaXS650.com. This is the original old style Commando muffler .....

You may need adapters to get them mounted to the inner pipe of your stock headers.
Don't worry about it until you get the new muffs in hand and see what you have......there are solutions.
