i bought 2 new chrome steel rims from fleabay tokyo motorparts these rims are maid in thailand. quality is not too bad but the rear rim is a bit off with the spoke holes you will need 155 mm rear spokes to lace them up. the front rim hole spacing is spot on.. just beware if you buy these.
