Thank you. I was using Aluminum Foil on the other side and scratched it slightly thought about taking it off that side but I don't think so now.

What do you think of the Sissy bar. It came with the bike but not properly attached, just hanging on/ sitting on it. I changed that.
The rack and backrest make for good utility, especially two-up. As far as aesthetics, I like Specials best with nothing bolted onto them. I can’t have my cake and eat it too.

My girlfriend feels much better with the sissy bar on. I have put on 1400 miles in the past month despite a broken hip. Feeling bad about putting the miles on it. 1st saw it with bought it with 1100 and already at 2400 miles.

I’d leave the backrest on. The naked look is nice but this doesn’t ruin the appearance imho.
