I have no power to my instrument cluster.battery fully charged at 12amps.my bike 1979xs650 yahama no blown fuses? bike sat for years. does anybody have any insight?HELP.

Standard procedure on old abandoned bikes is to completely refresh (clean/tighten) all wiring connections.
