Started with a gross seat pan.
Used "Evapo-rust" and wire hand brush. To be honest Evapo did most of the work this stuff is a great product.
Cleaned up a little more after this with a multi tool sander but you get the idea.
Self etching primer did its job I guess.
Finished with Krylon auto acrylic enamel
Turned out more flat black.
Yes I kept the plate and saved the sticker just didn't have it mounted. On to the next.
