Place for gear in Sarasota or Orlando

I'm in the Sarasota area and hen Orlando Florida for a few days and wondering if there are any discount shops that I should look at? I'm looking for a jacket and mesh armour riding gear. Also any recommendations on some good mid-cut riding boots that would double for a decent hiking boot?
