Hey everyone I was wanting to re-use my stock pistons, but when I tore the motor down of course the pistons where seized in the cylinders so I had to use a little brute force to get them out. Now that I have cleaned them up a little I see that the tops have some reminents of my work. Let me know what you all think, any tips or pointers is very appreciated.

Have you measured them and the bores to see if they're in spec? They're probably worn out anyway. I would just replace them. Chances are, since it was seized, you're going to have to bore it out. That means new, over-sized pistons.

I guess that is how you tell the amatuer from the experienced. Didn't even think about checking the mic on the bores, guess I know where to go from here, thanks again.

go get a $100 set of 2nd oversize flea bay pistons and rings take them to the local engine shop so he can bore the cylinders to match.
