rear rim for an XS2

I've decided that I'd like to lace up a new original style rear wheel. I'm curious to know if any of you can recommend a reasonably priced rim that youve used for this, and have been happy with. In past years, on other brand bikes, I've bought some pretty poor quality rims from various asian countries. Some aren't really round, and some aren't straight (runout) either. I don't really want aluminum, I prefer chrome plated steel like the original. I don't mind buying cheap, if the quality is reasonably good. Any recommendations?

Yes, I would be interested in a used one, depending on condition and cost. I'm not interested in one with much rust. Otherwise, I'm not too picky.
