This morning I received a direct email outside of the forum for a solicitation of parts. I’ve never heard of this person before and not sure how they got my email. I DM’d Ggggary and Jim here to see if they had heard anything and sure enough Gary got the same email. It screams scammer to me, but thought I’d share a heads up to others here too. The email says…..

So how are they getting the email addresses of the forum members? I find it interesting they got that info without even messaging through the forum. Are they just doing open searches ending with @gmail.com or @yahoo.com and compiling the addresses?
