VIN Tag text

I'm trying to figure out the exact text on my steering head VIN tag. There are parts of the tag missing, I'm hoping I can fill in the information.

There are 9 lines of text on the tag.
Line 1 is the manufacture date which is 8/74. Is there anything on that line after the year?
Line 2-7 is readable
Line 8 starts with 'VEHICLE I (then it's torn) and I can read the last 6 digits of the vehicle #.
Line 9 starts with TYPE C (then it's torn up to) •••MOTORCYCLE.

Perhaps somebody can look at their VIN tag and help me fill in the missing words. THANKS!

So,,,, here's a question to the group: does anyone know anyone/place who can reproduce a VIN tag? I'm thinking for restoration purposes one might want completely strip the frame and repaint/powder coat the frame, obliterating the VIN tag in the process.

Sure, when you get it inspected the stamped # is still there, but some of us (read : me) want to keep that tag as well. So I was wondering if there was a source who could/would do that?
