Only two things I see are the USB charger isn't fused... unless there's a fuse built in?
And the neutral switch doesn't get power direct. Power is fed to the neutral light. From there it goes to the switch. When the tranny is in neutral, the switch goes to ground, completing the circuit and turning the light on.
And keep in mind that it's common practice to locate the fuse block as close to the power source as possible. Anything upstream of the fuse isn't protected. The closer to the battery, the better.
