Hi guys, I'm sorry for my English, I want to tell you about my Projects, listen to your advice and help me in building !!!
About XS650 I learned too late, in 2013, and immediately realized is the best bike that is seen.
I decided to buy it, but no where could not find him, in the end found damaged at Copart America, bought it, and after 6 months I had a bike !!!

Before building, but put on record with the police and get the number, then it will be impossible, and it is impossible to ride
Unfortunately a broken bike can not be put on record with the police, it is necessary to fix it.

to be continued :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Welcome. It looks like your endeavor getting a tag is paying off big time. Nice looking chopper you have in the making. Not many 650 Yamaha custom built bikes in your beautiful country. Pictures of your build and ride after would be great.

Hi Gefest,
looks like it'll be e nice bike when it's done even if it takes you two rebuilds.
The first to put the broken bike into rideable condition so you can get it a number plate
and only then can you build it into a hardtail?
Seems that even with your Country's changes in Government the bureaucracy still thrives just like the old days?
And a plate as big as a bedsheet!
You can see from my avatar that although Saskatchewan's riding season is about the same as Moscow's our plates are smaller.

Nice work so far!

Looking forward to the rest of the build.

Riding season must be pretty short there.

Thank you, now wait for the engine parts.
Yes, the season is only 5-6 months:bike:, then cold.

Hi yes, these bikes are practically no, I try to do a lot of photos, I try to finish faster Projects, problem in parts, in my country they are not, all on order with America or Germany, delivery time 2-4 weeks:banghead:, so do fast as I

Thank you, I will try at once!
Yes, prohibited any rework aftermarket exhaust, ape hungers, the bike should be like a factory, then, you can rebuild motorcycle.
But every rebuild you must register in the police. For this purpose it is necessary to obtain a permit to mess in the police, to contact the workshop to get documents on the work, to go to the expertise if all is well. Then you go back to the police, they consider your application and documents to rebuild, saying they allow you to ride or not.
If not, you have to rebuild the bike back and bring the same documents to rebuild the stock in condition:doh::doh::doh:
Of course no one does, it takes 1-2 months:yikes:
Yes, the Russian motorcycle plates the world's largest
By law, police must read the number from a distance of 20 meters

Seat
I wanted a normal seat, but then I thought to book his seat, began to look for the master of the leather.
As a result, I found in Ukraine! Master Dmitry Gordeev.

Great Master, that's what he did to me!
I would like a "jester" on the seat, I found the picture on the internet(game HoTS) and started

When you get it all together take lots of high resolution pictures so we can soak up all the fine detail you've put in this ride.
